Audio stuttering is usually caused by insufficient buffer size or background app limitations. Go to Settings → Playback → Buffer Size and increase it to "Large" or "Max." On iOS, ensure Synq has background app refresh enabled. If problems persist, please contact us with your device model and OS version.
You can delete your account from the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data, playlists, and preferences from our servers. Local files on your device are not affected. Alternatively, email us at support.synq@gmail.com and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
